Adult volunteers who work with children, youth, or vulnerable adults are required to complete the Criminal Record Check process, and participate in Creating a Safe Environment (CASE) training. All volunteers must participate in a renewal of training as determined by the Diocese of Rochester (currently every 3 years.) Volunteer drivers for Church programs and events must have their driving record checked every year.

Please complete and return all forms and proof of complettion of training to the church office located at 64 South Main Street or send forms to taylor.plourde@dor.org.
All teens (ages 13-17) are required to complete an online training as well as an in-person followup session prior to volunteering with a diocesan Church of ministry. Any teens who volunteer, in any capacity, must go through this training to include Altar Servers, Ushers, EM, tutors, catechists, Saint's Place helpers, cantors, and lectors. The online training will take 15-20 minures and once completed it will generate a certificate with your name on it. Please send a digital copy of this certificate to Taylor Plourde (taylor.plourde@dor.org).
All follow-up in person sessions will be held with Michelle Andrews-Smith. A schedule of when these will be offered is coming soon!
